About the Patchwork Fairy

meWell to start with I am not fairy sized!  but I do love all things fairy and also sewing and patchwork.  I have spent years enjoying  sewing, knitting, crochet and making pretty things for my home and myself.  Having originally started a couple of years ago making and selling jewellery on Folksy with my DD who makes Pebble People, I have now branched out into designing and making fabric and woollen items, particularly in patchwork.

I’m particularly drawn to creating fairy and Goddess themed jewellery and hence my business name evolved from the hobbies I enjoy.  I am  a trained Reiki Master, although I no longer teach, all of my items are designed and made in the calm environment of my craft room and are all and Reiki blessed.

Check out  my blog – Diary of a Crafty Fairy  to follow my adventures in my craft room!

You might see DD Stef and me at various craft fairs around the northwest.  However if you do spot me with someone  and think ‘that old bird can’t possibly be her daughter’ then you have probably seen me with my sister or my mother!

  1. I’m new to sewing and just browsing around the web; i’m glad I found this. 🙂

Thank you and i’ll be back

  2. Thanks for dropping by my blog and leaving your fun comment on Let Me Show You Around My Sewing Space. I’m with you on this – a bit of ‘Through The Keyhole’ never hurt anyone. I checked out your Folksy and Etsy shops, love your work, I see you’re from the Wirral – I’m from St Helens originally and it’s so great to meet crafty people from my home district 🙂
