Jaycotts is based in Chester but also sells online.  I bought my overlocker and my new Janome sewing machine from them.  They are helpful with details about machines they stock and will let you sit and try them out in the unit before buying.

They also carry out repair work and if under gurantee will sit with you to investigate a problem and either sort  it out there and then or keep it for fixing.  You just can’t get this kind of service  buying off ebay!!
